Your information

A straightforward privacy note.

This is the public Arc Core Studios website. You can explore the work without creating an account or uploading personal documents.

When you contact us

The project inquiry form asks for your name, email address, selected project and an optional message. It also asks you to confirm that we may email you about that request and the project you selected.

Submitting the form sends those details to Arc Core Studios through Formspree. We use them to respond and send relevant project information. This is separate from reader updates on the author site.

Please leave passwords, financial records, identity documents and other sensitive information out of the contact form. It is not a document-upload service.

Website hosting

The website is hosted by GoDaddy. Hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as request logs. See GoDaddy’s privacy policy and the Formspree policy for their handling of that information.

The studio’s page does not add advertising trackers or ask for microphone, camera or location access. The illustrative product conversations and search results shown here do not send a question to an AI model.

Products and private testing

The product descriptions on this site explain projects in development. This page does not provide access to Juno or the Rex private beta and does not collect customer document libraries. Product testing has its own notices and access arrangements.

Changing your mind

To stop project emails or ask about information you submitted, email arccorestudios@gmail.com. Tell us which email address and project your request concerns.
